From Kathy & Bob, Washington, DC:
Ms. Curtin was faced with, and met, a real challenge when asked to renovate our 50- year- old DC condo that had old wiring, small rooms, and thick brick and concrete walls. She proved particularly adept at having a vision of how to turn old into new and to make small spaces look bigger. Applying reflective surfaces and a hand- crafted cabinet , she transformed our small bathroom into a showcase that all our friends envy. She coaxed us out of bad ideas into marvelous designs that to her are just inituitive. The kitchen was similarly transformed, and her design of a ventless, smokeless fireplace located in an unused corner of the livingroom was perfect. Bottom line, she is a professional architect and designer, who knows how to make her workers perform well and on-time. We love our newly r enovated home.

We consulted with Cathleen to renovate 2 bathrooms and create a master bedroom suite addition to our home. She created 3 designs for our review complete with plans and 3D views - it was more than we expected but we were WOWed! Drawings complete, permit in hand, contractors selected - the project was completed in the time scheduled with a few minor bumps by GC but overall Fantastic!
We would recommend her highly!
