Mr. Miller was architect for a $7.2 million conversion of a Berwick-area grocery store - to a modern and beautiful office building which still houses more than 200 employees of Berwick Offray LLC. All of his work, and that of his recommended construction firm, was done on-time, on-budget - and with outstanding design! I led the project for my company, and have always been proud to show off the building!
