BH Planning & Design created plans for us that were not the correct square footage for building. Took our payment, and would not return our calls, emails, or letters asking for corrections for the plans. He rarely if ever did what he said he was going to do and was always 2-3 weeks behind time. Essentially he ruined our new home building experience and I would never recommend anyone use his services.
