He is a scammer. Holds himself out to be an architect but he's a complete fraud. He'll take your money and leave you with nothing. We were advised by others he came in contact with such as surveyors, etc. that he doesn't know what he's doing but we chalked it up to his personality...he never looks you in the eye and shifts from one foot to another as he weaves his web of deceit. American Institute of Architects has been investigating him and getting evidence to press charges.
